You begin with full, grounding breaths and a gentle settling through the body. You are invited to feel the stability of the ground and the support beneath you, letting the body soften without effort.

Then the practice shifts into a calming twilight visualization. The practice closes with gratitude and the option to place an aspiration or intention out into the universe.
