Dr. Scott Behson, Ph.D., is professor of management and Silberman Global Faculty Fellow at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is the author of several books with his latest called The Whole Person Workplace

His mission is to give insight into whole-person workplaces, employer support; especially for working parents, work and fatherhood, and related topics for some of the world’s leading companies.
