Ryan Cwick shares his journey from industrial engineering to sales and his passion for helping others. He started the Venmo Challenge during COVID-19, where he would ask his followers to donate money, and he would surprise random people with generous tips. This experience led him to realize the impact he could make and inspired him to create a nonprofit called The Nexus of Hope. Ryan's goal is to continue helping people in need and create events where others can get involved and make a difference.
