Joseph is a Kumeyaay Native from Santa Ysabel. He talks about growing up in the streets of East County San Diego and on the Reservation. His story starts off like most, and escalates quickly. After years of degradation and drug use, he finally found his way into recovery where he was able to reconnect with his heritage and culture.
