You're not always going to be in a good mood. I am not always in a good mood. I have stresses. We all, we all have stresses, right?

Then you can focus on your gratitude journaling, your three good things, your dream journaling, or other meditations. You know, we have all kinds of activities now. You can turn on daily meditations, gratitude reminders, and/or three good things. You may be getting four texts a day at least, maybe even five sometimes, so you should adapt it to you.
