2) Demonstrates your capacity for contribution
3) Aligns with the roles you're seeking
I know, there's that stat out there that a recruiter only spends 6-7 seconds looking at a resume. When you follow the steps I'm outlining today, you're going to have a document that they will want to READ rather than SKIM.
