In tonight's programme:

1. We look ahead to the first round of the Ecap FA Cup, as well as league action.
2. In rugby, Douglas are at home to Birkenhead Park and in the Women's fixtures Vagabonds welcome Crewe & Nantwich and we see the start of the Hartford Homes Manx Cup
3. And in hockey, we get back to league action following last weekend's Cup action
4. We also hear about Isle of Man Netball and how it's growing in popularity
