#305: Life is complicated enough without adding a complicated marriage on top. Often times we hear couples say phrases like, “You really have to work at marriage” and similarly, “Marriage is not easy.” But that’s not the way marriage was designed. It was designed to be two becoming one where the couples ‘Complete’ each other instead of ‘Compete’ with each other. The difference between Complete and Compete is the ‘L’ which is the Love you have for each. The more you love each other, the more you will Complete each other. The less you love, the more you will compete against each other.
