This is a powerful podcast with a gentleman who is what I define as a true influencer of his community. Michael Rocha is a award winning real estate agent, Manager for a professional soccer team and above all a great friend of mine. We sat down to have a deep conversation on Mental health learning from his perspective of an "old school" immigrant upbringing and the action steps he takes to aid in his mental health. This was a great conversation on the perspective that I didn't grow up having but also sharing parallels of low moments and how we combatted them once we learned healthier solutions.
