We all have faith in countless things. Sports teams, relationships, careers, and medicine are just a few of the things we put our faith in. But what God calls us to is faith in Him. In fact, the bible tells us that with just a little bit of faith God can do amazing things in our lives.
As we continue our series in Mark we see Jesus come down the mountain from His tranfiguration and begin His journey to the cross. Along the way He begins preparing His followers for a life without Him. He begins their preparation with a lesson in faith. This week, what we'll see in Mark 9 is an amazing story of what happens when our faith is misplaced, followed by a demonstration of God's power when just a little bit of faith is pointed in the right direction.
