The Minot Human Relations Ad-hoc Committee was recently started by the Minot City Council. On August 15 they officially held their first meeting that bring a lot of conversation about the legitimacy of the whole thing. We sat down with Mike Blessum, one of the committee members, to take a closer look at what was going on and what the overall goals were.
