Metamorphic Rocks: Rocks changed from one form to another by extreme heat or pressure.

Minerals: SubstancesGod made in nature that are not alive and don’t come from plants or animals. They are the ingredients of rocks. We need many minerals to live, and we get a lot of minerals from the foods we eat.
