The Eucharist is above all else a sacrifice. It is the sacrifice of the Redemption and also the sacrifice of the New Covenant,(46) as we believe and as the Eastern Churches clearly profess: "Today s sacrifice, the Greek Church stated centuries ago, "is like that offered once by the Only-begotten Incarnate Word; it is offered by Him (now as then), since it is one and the same sacrifice." -Dominicae Cenae, 9.
Today, your host Lee McMahon is joined by a power-praise couple, Joe and Cayleigh Heron! Together they discuss the power of music in, holy coincidences ,God's providence, worship, and their biggest takeaways from paragraphs 8-9 of Dominicae Cenae by Pope St. John Paul II.
