Burnout is NO Joke, yall!! I've been going through it and just trying to take the best care of myself. Through this journey of redefining balance, prioritizing rest and getting back into my creative flow, and just wanting to hang out, I came across the work of Dr. Ellyn Schnike, and she has been a solid help in me working on getting out of burnout. Btw I'm still working on it yall!
Ellyn Schinke is a former scientist and certified professional coach. After spending over a decade in academic and corporate environments, she's on a mission to help busy, burned-out corporate professionals and entrepreneurs free themselves from burnout and find their balance. Ellyn will empower you with the knowledge, mindset, and tools to realize that burnout might happen, but staying burned out? That's a choice.
I'm excited to have her on the podcast this week to help us figure this burnout stuff together, and I'm thankful for her time. I hope you find this episode helpful.
