At the beginning, when we're first starting off with anything, we get busy trying new things and that's really a wonderful thing, especially as entrepreneurs, because it allows us to put ourselves out there, test and see what works.

But when we’re trying a lot of random things, we're attracting a lot of random people into our world, and we'll end up getting a lot of random results.

As you grow as an entrepreneur, you want to shift that randomness to intention. We need to be more intentional with the efforts that we make, be more intentional with our marketing, be more intentional with our messaging, and be more intentional with how we're going to connect with our audience.

When we can become more intentional, we can really lead the right people in.
