Three tips to apply so you can UNLOCK YOUR POWER

1. 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Repetition is the single most powerful lever we have to improve our skills. We tend to think of it as boring, but when used diligently it is the mechanism for making the wires of our brains faster. Instead of viewing it as a chore, view it as your most powerful tool.

2. Keep a White-Belt Mentality - Another way to say this it to have a Blue-Collar Mindset. High Achievers and Top Performers seem to have it easy, but when you look closer you will see that most of their life has been spent intensely practicing their craft. 3. Stop Trying To Break Bad Habits, Create New Ones - Breaking habits doesn't work, they are usually wired so deep and just waiting to be triggered. Instead, spend your energy creating new habits that can override the old one and be your new response to the trigger. Start small, start simple, be consistent and watch how the positive conditioning increase your confidence and compounds into a better life.
