If you can shift your 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 of any given situation or circumstance to I'm healthy, I can handle this, I'm getting lots of rest, I am energy. You shift your 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 and 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 to 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 it that way.
