  1. Shut down screen time 2 hrs before bed.(blue light)
  2. Write three things you will do before you start your day.(Intention)
  3. Write one thing you are grateful for or liked about today.(Reflection). When you go to bed with something positive your subconscious hears it and its easier to wake up positive.
