Sandra Ann Winters is a native of Durham, North Carolina. She served as a professor of English and Irish literature at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC and is an award-winning poet and has several books published by Salmon Poetry, Calving Under the Moon, The Place Where I Left You, Do Not Touch.
