Benjamin Franklin said, “Success is the residue of planning.” And while planning doesn’t guarantee success, it’s certainly a factor. Franklin gave us lots of non-Biblical proverbs like this. A proverb is just a short, memorable saying that speaks of general truth.
This proverb tells us that planning is really important when we’re talking about stewarding our time with intention for God’s purposes.
Franklin has also been quoted as saying, “Well done is better than well said.” Planning without action Is useless, we need both. So we’re going to pray about both this morning
