At what age do you think women reach their peak? Recently Don Lemon made the statement that women are past their prime after 40. And while he has made great efforts to try to walk that back (sort of?), Wendy and Krystal discuss this very topic and why they feel that is a direct call for more women to join the podcasting space.
The world needs more women sharing their voices and stories. And we advocate that a woman's voice is most needed in their 30's, 40's and 60's. Women have experience and stories that need to be shared in this space.
