Anxiety is becoming a growing issue among kids today. More children are struggling with worry, stress, and fear than ever before. The pressures of school, social media, and an unpredictable world make it easy for kids to feel overwhelmed. The statistics are concerning—more than 1 in 10 kids in the U.S. deal with anxiety, and many suffer in silence.
