There’s a small Artisan style business near us and the owner says she will never expand because it’s impossible and that good help is too hard to find.
In a way, Artisan style business is a benefit for the customer. They will bend over backward to serve you.
But, this isn’t great for the business owner. They make themselves a slave to the business. It’s horrible.
If you feel as you are the only one who can do it correctly, then you are failing yourself. This is simply not true. There is good help out there, you DON’T have to do it all alone. You DON’T have to be a slave by your business.
There’s an Ice Cream shop by me and basically, everything is being run by teenagers!
The difference is in the leadership and the owner of the businesses.
