Yes, I believe it is. I’m not here to give lectures on being a good parent, but let’s talk about this a little bit.
Over the weekend, I was at a giant sports tournament “Gus Macker” with over 800 teams this weekend. This is a really interesting business model and event. Where we live is one of the largest locations they hold this event.
Basically, it’s a 3 vs. 3 basketball game for anyone. It’s just an amateur thing that anyone can do.
But, I noticed something while we were here. The way parents react when their kids are playing even just a silly, not serious tournament. Some of these parents got out of control – they can just get weird sometimes.
Back to the original question, in business, sometimes you need to go all out beast mode and dominate. Make it so there’s no wiggle room and be the ONLY choice in your industry.
