Today, I’m chatting with a business owner who is in the midst of building his empire.
Right now, he is building a ton of systems and services simultaneously to make his living. His biggest source of revenue has been gutters and gutter covers. The only way he is currently getting jobs is through Home Advisor. Just hoping the phone rings or hoping to get that notification from Home Advisor.
Time is what this caller has and what he needs to focus on. I feel like he’s missing a sense of urgency with BOG marketing. We chat about him needing to start here, getting wins, networking, being a nice guy, etc. The focus needs to shift from wanting to build a $10million business immediately, into doing the basic foundational things.
