Are there certain things in your life that you simply refuse to do now? 

That’s definitely the case for me. 25 years as a fitness and health professional has taught me a lot. As I’ve grown and learned lessons, I’ve changed. I’ve shifted my perspective and totally stopped doing certain things. 

Today I share three things that I don’t do anymore. I hope this episode will help shift your thoughts and mindset on losing weight and the various ways it can be done.
