Set up your processes:
- Everyone needs to know what they’re doing and when they’re doing it
- Dependent items need to be flagged and notified
- Item important as the business owner that you can have a full sight over the workflow through your business
- If tasks are assigned to or reliant on Clients, what notification, training, education are you giving them to complete them for you?
- Don’t be afraid to try, test and re-iterate on them
Regular team communications:
- Don’t make it all about work
- Have a regular catch up
- Know when it’s work time and when it isn’t
- Schedule notifications so you all have downtime
- Trust people
