This 5-minute daily exercise helps manifest change through a simple exchange principle: commit to the practice for 21 days to create positive change in your life.

How to Practice:

1. Choose one specific change you want to manifest within 21 days (career, health, relationships, etc.)

2. Find a comfortable position and close your eyes

3. Focus on your natural breath

4. On inhales: Visualize receiving more of what you want

5. On exhales: Release what's holding you back

6. Notice any sensations, colours, or images that arise

Remember: Consistency is key. Commit to 5 minutes daily for 21 days to experience the shift you seek.

The practice works by training your mind to consciously exchange old patterns for new possibilities through intentional breathing. As you breathe in positive energy and release limitations, you create space for your manifestation to unfold. But remember, you get what you need not always what you want, so focus on how you want to feel and let go.
