Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Sassy Warrior Podcast and I am joined here today by Matt Williams, creator of the Fro Pro Protein Bar, which is also one of my favorite protein bars ever.
Now we all may be addicted to something, but sometimes these addictions of ours can get the better for us and turn our entire life upside down. This is exactly what Matt had to deal with when battling his alcohol addiction.
Despite this, he was able to battle through his addiction with the help of the people around him and has been sober ever since.
Matt is here today to share with you his road to sobriety and how he used this new version of himself to start his Fro Pro Protein Bar business, which he has been running now for the last several years.
If you too are in a dark moment of your life right now then I hope this episode sheds some light down your path so you too can start anew just like Matt. So what are you waiting for? Make sure to check out the episode!!
