Jennifer is Principal and CEO of Oliver Group, Inc. and the President and Partner of Leadership Pipeline Institute US. She has worked with thousands of leaders across different types of industries, including healthcare, hospitality, government, and financial services.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington and her MBA from Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University. She currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband and three sons.
