Description

Today’s episode is all about getting back on track. I have had a whirlwind of a year so far, and as of late I have found it so hard to get things done. Whether it is working out, working on Selfdom or even just life admin - everything feels difficult and heavy. 

I have spent time sitting in my emotions, but eventually you get to a point where you are aware you can’t stick in this darkness forever. I think of mum looking down on me saying “come on Dommy, you’ve got this!”

With this awareness I have been thinking about the 5 ways I get out of a rut. I wanted to share this because often by this point of the year our new year motivation is gone and can get easy to let your good habits go.
