In today's episode, I chat with a great inspiration of mine - Carolyn Vandyken. Carolyn is one of the first practitioners to bring the biopsychosocial approach conversation to the forefront in pelvic health. She is a pelvic health physiotherapist, advocate, and educator. Carolyn is also co-owner of ReFrame Rehab: a platform dedicated to online educational resources for clinicians looking to develop a biopsychosocial framework in their practice.
We chatted about:
→Having conversations with our nervous systems
→Thinking outside the box in pelvic physiotherapy
→The importance of biopsychosocial care
→Intentional language
→ And more!
Connect with Carolyn on Instagram @reframerehab and through their Facebook page. You can also find her at Physioworks Muskoka, in Huntsville.
