Description

In this week's episode, I am joined by my dear friend and fellow physiotherapist, Emma Jack. Emma is a sport and orthopedic physiotherapist, clinic owner, and clinical pilates instructor. On top of all of that (yes - there's more!), Emma is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy, has a diploma in Sports Physical Therapy, and is a therapist for Hockey Canada's National Women's Team Program.

Despite Emma's seemingly endless list of accomplishments, she recognizes that making room for play is essential in building a life we love. Emma shares her audacity by taking ownership of her life and supporting others to do the same. She reminds us that our worth isn't tied to how much we've done in a day or what we produce - it's all about living intentionally, no matter how different it is from everyone else. Emma is here to let us know that her career in healthcare doesn't define her, rather she gets to define what it means to her.
