How much thought do you put into your sleep? Allowing ourselves to rest is often something we consider to be a luxury we can't afford - and our sleep ends up being bumped to the bottom of our list of priorities. The reality is, that sleep underlies every aspect of our health and is the key to unlocking our best selves.

In this week's episode, I chat with Dr. Leigha Saunders - a naturopathic doctor obsessed with all things sleep. Her goal is to help women reclaim their rest in order to chase their dreams. Dr. Leigha reminds us that sleep is the ultimate gauge of how our nervous system is doing. There are so many reasons for sleep deprivation: pregnancy & parenthood, unbalanced hormones, and stress (just to name a few). Whatever it may be - we need to allow ourselves the space and time to truly unwind so that we have the energy to go out and do what really sets our souls on fire.
