I was that person…someone who had an act.
This week’s episode was inspired by Jay Shetty when I heard him speak about losing his initial passion and zest for the Facebook videos he used to post. He said after a while, it became a performance and stoped serving him. So he let that go.
I can relate to this being in the salon and putting on my own performance before I got honest with myself.
