Description

The past five weeks have been a lot—from personal challenges to business pivots to literal stair-related injuries. Life has been lifing, and through it all, I’ve been learning (and relearning) what it means to navigate tough seasons with grace, gratitude, and a whole lot of self-trust.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the power of showing up—especially when things aren’t going as planned. I talk about how we build resilience not when life is perfect, but when we choose to stay present and move through challenges in a way we can be proud of. I get into why taking space for yourself is necessary, why course correction is a good thing, and how trusting the bigger picture can shift everything.

Also, a little wisdom from Peloton, a hypnotherapy deep dive, and why I might be having a spiritual awakening in the subway instead of waiting for the cathedral. You don’t want to miss this one.
