I have been listening to your podcast lately. I  worked with a coach hoping for change around habits of overeating. And I have seen so many changes in many areas of my life but not in the area I was hoping for. 

I read on your website that you make subliminal recordings. It sounds so interesting. Is this something that could help me with this habit? I can see that there are so many layers to this habit. Using food to numb feelings I do not like, and the vicious circle of thought that repeats day after day. 

How do the recordings work? Is it a meditation? Do you keep listening to the recording until there is a change?
