In today’s episode, we welcome, Taylor Merritt, Taylor is a champion college athlete that attended the University of North Georgia and began her fitness journey performing at the top of college sports. She was later inducted into the UNG Hall of Fame and began a career of personal training and group fitness in Savannah, Georgia, and later moved to Atlanta to continue building her community.
Taylor also competed in NPC competitions as a figure and bikini competitor to test her capabilities as a fitness professional. This is where Taylor really honed her skills in fitness and nutrition and placed top 5 in each competition!
