In today’s episode, Zack Knight shares his story of returning home from Afghanistan to find out he had nerve damage in his arm and was kicked out of the military. He found himself excited to be reactivated and thought he would be promoted to captain. However, after going down to a career course and finding out he had nerve damage, he started to lose himself more. He shares how when COVID hit, it was like losing a part of his identity. He started to work through his pain by playing the piano and connecting with others. His advice for aspiring leaders is to take the time to figure out who they are, what they stand for, and what they want to achieve.
