Description

“It [leadership] is all focused on ‘Here's the science,’ but we forget the art form of leading people.” - Zack Knight

In today’s solo episode, I recap the conversation I had with Jeffrey Deckman and the hard truths he brought to the table about the fatal flaws in leadership. Key Quote:

“There are so many confusions and complications attached to the incompetence of military leadership that is blowing my mind because there's no change. There's no transformation, there's no new 21st century ideology attached to managing accountability.” - Zack Knight
