Welcome to week two of the digital detox, social media fast, Insta cleanse, or whatever you are calling it. We all have different vices so do what feels good for you.
 
In this episode, I discuss my reflections during week one and the game plan for week two.
 
Below are some reflective questions I encourage you to answer if you are hesitant to do this cleanse because of an online business.
 
1. Will a week away from social media affect me in 6 months? 12 months?
 
2. When was the last time a week away from anything was detrimental to my progress?
 
3. How can a week or two away help my progress? Can it make me more creative? More clear? Less stressed?
 
I recommend trying a few days away from your vice(s) to begin. If you don't lose any momentum and you experience more creativity, then go for the full week. If that feels great, then go for complete freedom in week two. Good luck!
