What's the point of being above average? Why bother improving ourselves? We tackle this argument and much more this week with my friend Matt. He's gone through some changes this year that have tested him to say the least. I appreciate him being open and willing to discuss his moments of depression. It's important to talk about so we can help each other. Matt has changed his daily routine with simple morning and evening practices that have taken him to a new level. CHALLENGE: This week’s challenge is inspired by Peejamas. Remember how you didn’t care what people thought or said as a kid? Let’s get back to that. Do ONE thing that makes you feel uncomfortable this week. Just one thing! Here are some ideas: sing to a stranger for 15 seconds, ask for a discount at a restaurant for no reason, do 5 cartwheels in a mall. Record it, post it and use #goalinkchallenge.
