Imagine if your mind was the internet, your questions were a google search, and you were the one typing the question into the search bar.
How do you formulate that question?
You take some time to think about what you want to know, you take some time to word it in the way that you think will deliver the most beneficial answer.
We know google is going to go searching all over the internet for the answer to that specific question asked - that is it's job after all - so we make sure we word the question in the right way to make sure we get the best possible answer possible.
We are not going to ask a question that we don't want the answer to.
The wrong question is still going to come back with the right answer to that question. It's just going to be the answer we don't want.
But if you ask the right questions, then you are going to get the right answer.
If you imagine your mind was the internet, just like google - ready and waiting to answer whatever question you ask, could you be asking yourself better questions, to make sure you get better answers?
