With over 1000 videos on YouTube and 33 million views, Brad Yates is what my kids would call my favourite YouTuber. Known internationally for his creative and often humorous use of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, Brad is joining us on the show to talk all things EFT.

Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of acupressure psychology. It is based on traditional acupuncture and works with the meridians in the body. It involves gently tapping the fingertips on the skin where the energy meridians are located, diffusing negative statements and replacing them with positive ones.

EFT is a healing modality that has played very prominently in my personal development journey and it is a tool that we use in The Happiness Hunter.
