Gratitude is so powerful because it shapes the way we see and experience the world: what we focus on expands.
So the more we appreciate, the more we have to appreciate.
We tend to say thank you for things we have already received.
Affirmations are powerful in that they help guide our thinking and help us to get clear on and focus on what we want.
Combined, they are even more powerful. I like to think of them as gratitude affirmations.
