Self worth is about valuing your inherent worth as a human being, simply by virtue of you being you, and of being alive. As opposed to measuring or comparing yourself to external measures or other people - by what you do, what you have, or what you may or may not have achieved.

It is about accepting that you being your unique self, is all you need to be worthy.

You are enough right now, just as you are.
