Description

I’ve actually been quite stressed the last couple of weeks, more stressed than I have been for a long time, and this is what helped.

Being honest with myself (and others) that I was stressed, not pretending everything was ok

Taking responsibility for my behaviour

Working out my priorities and eliminating everything else

Meditating more

Walking more

Making a plan and then taking laser focused and targeted action, completely bypassing the thinking in my head

Meeting myself with compassion and forgiving myself
