When you set a goal, do you name it and claim it?

Or do you set a goal and then sort of hope that maybe it might happen, but you are not really holding your breath?

Or - even better - do you stop yourself from even setting a goal in the first place, because it just brings up too much stuff?

In this episode of the podcast, you are going to have an opportunity to name your goal, and to claim your goal.

To allow yourself to go there, to allow yourself to dream, to allow yourself to fully own the deepest desires of your heart.

To stake your claim on it as already being yours.

And then I'll share with you an affirmation and a couple of simple techniques to help you shift your belief system, and to step into the realm of possibility: to believe it is possible, wherever you are right now in relation to that goal.
