The wonderful thing about journalling, is that it is free-range. There are no rules. The process of journalling is such an incredible way to help us explore new ways of understanding ourselves and of looking at things.

Journalling, combined with practices like meditation, goal setting, affirmations and afformations is very powerful.

In this episode of the podcast, I'm sharing with you the wonderful results of a recent journalling session, where I decided to write down ten things that I knew to be true, right this second.

And then I just went to town on what I believed to be true for what was possible, right this second. For what I believed for to be possible to happen right this second, knowing that the process of my believing was what is going to make it happen.

And my energy shifted in a very big way.
