On this week's episode of The Rural Woman Podcast™, you'll meet Ashley Sutton.
Ashley was born and raised on Long Island, NY, about an hour from New York City. It wasn’t until she moved to Colorado for graduate school that she started thinking about where our food comes from. Ashley met her husband in graduate school out west, and he introduced her to the world of agriculture! It wasn’t long before they decided they wanted to keep some animals of their own one day. In March 2020, Ashley and her husband started their homestead in Vermont.
